To ensure you get the most out of your booking, we ask that you arrive approximately 15 minutes before your scheduled game time. This will give you enough time to arrive and prepare.

Please also remember that if you are late for subsequent bookings, your playing time will be shortened.

Please note that we unfortunately cannot accept cancellations. We carefully plan and prepare reservations to ensure every guest enjoys the best possible experience. Cancellations may cause bottlenecks and deprive other guests of the opportunity to use our service.

We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise that affect your plans. However, we ask for your understanding of this policy. If you need to change your reservation, we kindly request that you notify us as far in advance as possible, but at least five days before your scheduled date. This will allow us to better respond to your request and, if necessary, inform other guests who may be waiting to stay with us.

Yes, the minimum age to participate in our game sessions is 12. Persons under 16 require parental consent.

Our playing field offers space for up to 8 players for exciting matches. If your group is larger, you can switch between groups after each round. The remaining guests can enjoy a selection of snacks and refreshments in the meantime.

No, no prior experience is required for our games. Our trained staff will provide detailed instruction so you can enjoy the VR experience to the fullest.

In the lounge area, we offer great coffee and the best cookies this side of the equator. Soft drinks and other snacks are also available.

As a rule, most glasses frames fit under the VR glasses and you can of course enjoy our offer without restrictions.

Persons who are obviously under the influence of alcohol or drugs are excluded from the game for safety reasons.

Unlike static VR gaming, you're in motion with us. This means your sense of balance registers the movements you see and perform... just like normal. Generally speaking, this isn't a problem, unless you get dizzy while walking.
